Dear Parents/Carers

Halloween

Our Halloween celebrations were a thrilling and fun-filled adventure! Pupils unleashed their creativity with hands-on sensory activities, enjoyed exciting Halloween games that got everyone laughing and moving and a trick-or-treating experience. The excitement peaked with a vibrant whole-school parade showcasing fantastic costumes, and an energetic school disco that had everyone dancing and celebrating together. It was a spooktacular day full of smiles, laughter, and unforgettable memories!

Enterprise Projects

Silver class have been undertaking their first enterprise project of the year, making Halloween sweet jars. They have seen the process through from collecting data to find out everyone's favourite sweets, testing capacity of different jars and looking in depth at understanding food labels. They then went shopping for the sweets, filled the jars and went on to sell 33 across the school! Look out for our next enterprise project in the second half of the Autumn term!

As part of their Enterprise project this term, Peach Class organised a popcorn and movie afternoon on Wednesday. But before the fun could begin, the mischievous 'Naughty Bus' paid a visit—leaving behind a trail of baked beans, frozen LEGO, and general chaos in the classroom!

The children had quite the clean-up challenge on their hands, but luckily, they’ve been working hard on developing their independent tidying skills. With teamwork and determination, they soon had the classroom back in shape and were ready to enjoy their well-earned treat.

Holidays and Photos

White Class has thoroughly enjoyed their topic of Holidays and Photos. The pupils especially loved following Barnaby Bear on his adventures and discovering more about his travels. Barnaby has been incredibly busy—he’s visited Oxford, had fun at Crealy, picked pumpkins, and much more! He truly is a well-travelled bear. A big thank you to all the families who contributed to this topic!
