They must be resilient and committed to improving outcomes for pupils and a good sense of humour is essential.

Mill Water School is an all-age special school for pupils with severe and complex learning difficulties, including Autism. The school stands in the grounds of Bicton College. Our beautiful, rural surroundings provide unrivalled opportunities for outdoor learning.

From EYFS through to Post 16, our pupils access a bespoke learning and communication package to challenge their educational progress, working in partnership with multi-agency professionals and families.

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Grade C Teaching Assistant to join our class teams.
