Mill Water School is an all-age special school for pupils with severe and complex learning difficulties, including Autism, in the grounds of Bicton College. Our beautiful, rural surroundings provide unrivalled opportunities for outdoor learning.

From EYFS through to Post 16, our pupils access a bespoke learning and communication package to challenge their educational progress, working in partnership with multi-agency professionals and families.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed person. We have an immediate requirement for someone to support with daily hydrotherapy sessions. This could be taking on the role of “spotter” or supporting pupils in the hydrotherapy pool. Training will be provided.

This specific role requires 15hpw but additional TA Grade B hours are available daily.

We are a member of the only special school teaching alliance in Devon so we are able to provide regular training to support your continued professional development, in partnership with Marjon University.
