In the first half of Spring term we have been learning about ‘At the Hospital’. We have had a hospital ward set up in our playroom where the pupils have enjoyed pretending to be patients, nurses and doctors. We have used bandages and pretend medicine to make help everyone feel better!
In PE we have been playing parachute games in the hall and do some movement and dancing in our classroom every day.
In fine motor and literacy we have been practising holding our pen properly and using it to do some writing pictures and symbols to retell them. We’ve also been reading stories about hospitals and trying to use in maths we have focused on looking at coins and being able to sort by different categories.
We’re really enjoying the new enrichment clubs on a Friday afternoon. Cinema club and Remote Control Car club have been particularly popular!
